Interview & Lecture Requests

For those wishing to request a lecture or interview with a researcher at the Co-creation Center for Future Science Systems. Please check the information below before contacting us.

Required Information for a Request

Please contact the liaison and Planning Division Research Promotion Team 3 (ds_suishin[at]rois.ac.jp) with the following information.

For a lecture at an event:

  • Name of the researcher you wish to invite to speak
  • Details of the request (topic of the talk, etc.)
  • Name of the event and its organizer
  • Whether the event’s purpose is commercial or non-commercial
  • Date and time of the event
  • Name and contact e-mail address of the person in charge

For coverage by the media:

  • Name of the researcher you wish to interview
  • Details of the request (overview of the article/program to be produced, etc.)
  • Name of the publication or program in which it will appear
  • Time required
  • Candidate dates for the interview
  • Name and contact e-mail address of the person in charge

Notes

  • Scheduling may take some time, so please contact us with sufficient lead time.
  • Depending on the content of the request and the researcher’s availability, we may not be able to accept it.
