Posting Research Results on Our Website

For faculty wishing to have their research results published on the website.

Research results by researchers of the Co-creation Center for Future Science Systems are published on our website according to the guidelines below.

Main Categories for Publication

• Press releases
• Publication of papers, publication of books
• Media appearances, press conferences
• Awards and honors

Even if your case does not fall under the above, please feel free to consult with us if you wish.

Press Releases

• Criteria for publication: the research group includes a researcher from this Center.
• Where published: the press-release list (the title also appears in the “Press Releases” section of the top page).
• Information required: the press-release article (final version / a version that may still change), the (planned) embargo date and time, and the lead institution and contact information.

Publication of Papers and Books

• Criteria for publication: a researcher from this Center is among the authors, and the work has been published or accepted for publication in an academic journal, etc. If the result is from a joint research program, approval from the director of the relevant center must be obtained.
• Where published: News (the title also appears in the “News” section of the top page).
• Information required: the title of the paper/book, the name of the publishing journal and its DOI, and a summary/key points of appeal (if available).

Media Appearances, Press Conferences

• Criteria for publication: a researcher from this Center, or a research group that includes one, is the subject.
• Information required: the name of the article/program, the media outlet, confirmation of the appearance, and a photo (if available).

Awards and Honors

• Criteria for publication: a researcher from this Center, or a research group that includes one, is the subject.
• Information required: the title of the award, the recipient and the title of the work, the date of the award, confirmation of the award, and a photo (if available).

Process Until Publication

• Please contact the Liaison and Planning Division Research Promotion Team 3 (ds_suishin[at]rois.ac.jp)  with the necessary information. We will confirm the details as needed. Once the details are finalized, publication typically takes place within about 1–5 business days (this may take longer depending on our workload).
